Last updated: 2026-02-05
This Privacy Policy explains how FrequentApps (the “App”) handles user and device data.
The App helps you quickly access your frequently used apps, including via home screen widgets.
1) Data We Use
-
Usage Access (Android Usage Stats): The App may request Android “Usage Access” permission to calculate and display
your frequent/recent apps (e.g., usage time or estimated launches).
-
The App’s core features are processed on-device. The developer does not transmit or store your app usage history on a separate server.
2) Ads (AdMob) and Third-Party Services
-
The App may use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads.
-
AdMob may process certain device information (such as Advertising ID), approximate location, and app interaction data
to serve and measure ads. This processing is governed by Google’s policies.
3) Permissions
- Usage Access: Required to calculate and sort frequently used apps.
- Internet / Network State: Used to load ads and check connectivity for ad requests.
4) Data Retention
- The developer does not store usage history on a server.
-
App settings (e.g., pinned apps, hidden apps) are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.
5) Children
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
